Tan Trao sticky rice

The Tân Trào twisted glutinous rice variety is currently being researched and restored by the Plant Genetic Resources Center under the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hai Phong certified the region as meeting the conditions for safe food production in 2016. The production process of Tân Trào twisted glutinous rice follows the standards for food safety and hygiene.
